How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
